We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge (Base Rate) for appointments not canceled within this period. We do our best to provide confirmation calls days before your scheduled appointment. Email and text reminders are provided in addition or in place of.
These calls are a courtesy and not receiving a call does not excuse an absence by a client.
If you are scheduling an appointment for the next day in which there is not a 24-hour gap in between, you must call by the end of the day before the scheduled time to cancel. Same-day cancellations are subjected to a Base Rate charge depending on service.
We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours before your appointment time, we request you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask that you do the same.
Please do not risk your safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
